that was another thing that irked me. i would find cigarettes i'd left burning, so i knew it was only habit, i was barely even enjoying them. so i began to deprive myself of them at certain 'habit times' i would stop smoking on the way to work, and next with coffee, then first thing in the am, until i could only have one at the least likely time for me to want. i go out w/ my smoker friends on their breaks and it doesn't phase me at all. it feels so good to be out of the forest. now coffee. that's different. ;)
