They would save up for the surgery maybe if it made them look cool to only have one lung, or if they considered it a noble form of suicide, or if they had extraordinarily fidgety hands.
I'm thinking of quitting, which would make it the first thing I quit that I really enjoy, but I'm starting to feel kind of stupid for spending increasing sums of money because I think twiddling my thumbs in a pub is dorky.
